All one-time admission, registration, and kit-purchase fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment is processed. These fees cover administrative overhead and immediate equipment procurement.
Monthly coaching fees are non-refundable. If a player is unable to attend sessions due to personal reasons, the fees cannot be adjusted or carried forward to the next month.
In cases of long-term injury (exceeding 15 days) supported by a verified medical certificate from a registered practitioner, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial fee credit toward future months.
Cricket is weather-dependent. Sessions cancelled due to rain, extreme heat, or government-mandated lockdowns are not eligible for refunds. VCA will attempt to provide 'makeup sessions' or indoor theory classes where facility availability permits.
Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once the fixtures are drawn. If the Academy cancels a tournament participation, a full refund of the specific tournament fee will be credited to the user's original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
