The legal framework governing participation, conduct, and liability at the Academy.
Cricket involves inherent risks of serious injury. By enrolling, the participant (or legal guardian) acknowledges these risks and waives any right to hold Vrindavan Cricket Academy, its coaches, or management liable for accidents, injuries, or fatalities occurring during training, matches, or transit.
The 'Spirit of Cricket' is paramount. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, sledging, or disrespect toward officials. VCA reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for behavioral violations without any refund.
Standard safety gear (Helmets, Pads, Guards) is mandatory. The Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of faulty personal equipment. VCA is not liable for lost or stolen kits on the premises.
The Academy may record sessions for technical analysis and promotional marketing. Members grant VCA an irrevocable right to use such media on its website, social media, and physical brochures.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where the Academy's headquarters are situated.
